  5.       If SetBase2.x is used on the wrong version of spartan.device, it 
  6. will detect this, and report an error. However, it will have already have
  7. written an INCORRECTLY modified file. This file must be manually deleted. 
  8. If the proper spartan.device is found and patched, SetBase2.x will respond 
  9. with a message indicating proper completion.
